A great few days of eating in Seattle. Started off with dinner at Nue. I love Laksa and they had it on the menu and it didn’t disappoint. Great curry flavor, a few prawns and fish balls, and decent noodles. Had drinks at unicorn later which was fun.
Made it to Pacific Place Mall for the top floor food court location of Pike’s Place Chowder. The New England style is the best ever and also liked the bisque. Got some great Beecher’s mac n cheese as well for lunch. Went to chandler’s in Lake Union for dinner and had some great happy hour deals. Their whiskey crab soup is amazing and the view can’t be beat. Come early when the seaplanes drop over your head to land.
Had some absolutely world class croissant from Bakery Nouveau, both sweet and savory. This place is great.
