[Paris 10e] Da Graziella Pizzeria

Situated in the 10th district , this place is elected the best pizza from this year’s Le Fooding. Beautiful room with walls of the 20’s. Claimed to be making authentic Neapolitan pizzas.

Menu was simple.

Calzone - salami of black cochon from Caserte, Fior di latte, buffalo ricotta, basil and pecorino - 16€

Sanguinella - yellow cherry tomatoes from Vésuve, 'Nduja, Fior di Latte and EVO

The clientele was different from the other pizzerias we have visited, more the chic and affluent bobo type. The pizzas were good, ingredient were premium. Maybe it was the most authentic, but came with a price tag, it was the most expensive among all the pizza places we have visited. We had a reservation for 6 pm because we booked on the same day and no other time slot available. The place is very small, so reserve if you want to go.
