Very very cool!
I recognise the spongy peanut filled cake in one of Peter’s recent posts.
Good article - and a plug for HO as well.
Nice reportage. That explains all the views on @klyeoh 's post!
How I missed Penang, both the architecture and the food.

Come, come to Penang. I’ll be glad to show you around.

Kudos to you! Your posts are very informative and a joy to read.
Hardly!
Thanks so much. Always happy to share whatever I know.
I stand by my original statement
Thanks.
The concluding Part 2 here:
I came back to Hong Kong two kilos heavier than when I left.
Lol. Peter, looks like you fed Susan very well.
Susan is very adventurous and is game to try anything and everything. She even has a higher threshold for spiciness than I do!
Which specific dish made you conclude that?
Quite a few dishes are spicy. But Ali Nasi Lemak in Sri Weld foodcourt where the rice is bathed with a sharp chili gravy which she liked so much, that she even packed a couple of extra packets to bring back to HK? I couldn’t even take it because of the extreme chili-spiciness.
So jelly. Wish I could have joined Susan and Peter.
Honestly, Peech, I thought you’d come, too, at the time. Do visit Penang soon.
