Me neither as I’m on the eve of our annual family trip to Aruba. So the next week is shot, though there will be plenty of good eats!!! I’m a steak and potatoes kind of guy, but boy do I love wahoo when I can get it fresh!!

If you have not been to Papillon in Aruba I can’t recommend it enough if only for the goat cheese creme brulee appetizer
