I’ve heard of these for years and may be able to time a visit in the area during restaurant hours. Most of the spots known for this dish are north of Vicksburg and thus not an option for me. I have seen information about three spots that work with my route.

In Vicksburg is Solly’s.
In Jackson is Big Apple Inn. Plus they have pig ear sandwiches! :open_mouth:
In Natchez there is Fat Mama’s Tamales.

Would love your feedback if you’ve been to any of them. Appreciate suggestion of other options along this route. Unfortunately time won’t allow a journey north towards Clarksdale/Cleveland/Greenville, etc.
