On Flamingo. How many are currently open?
I thought there are currently three locations
I think there is a new one in a Casino ( Red Rock?) but I donāt think the first (Sahara Ave? ) one re-opened.
My understanding is the one on Flamingo originally opened in 2017(same year the original locationās roof collapsed), closed during early pandemic, then re-opened December 2020.
But hey, this was my first visit.
They re-opened the Sahara location briefly a year or two back; and closed it just as quickly. Not sure what that was about, but in a recent interview Penny Chutima (Chef Saipinās daughter) said that they plan to re-open the Sahara location some time this spring, and at that time will close the Flamingo location for remodeling. Based on their past timeline estimates, Iām betting Sahara wonāt re-open till this fall, or even winter 2024. I hope they do though, because I always found that location more pleasant to dine at ā also easier to get to as a local without having to deal with Strip traffic.
And yes, thereās a new location at Red Rock Casino, but I havenāt tried that one yet.

Heard very poor reviews about the new location from my friends who live in Vegas. The service was shaky which can be forgiven for a new opening but they said the food was subpar especially compared to the Flamingo location. Unfortunate because I usually visit my friends in Summerlin 2-3x per year and the red Rock location is 7 minutes from their house.
My last visit to Flamingo was a bit uneven but we went on Christmas night when the place was absolutely jam packed.
