I think one of BF grilling books would be good. The ones I have are " Boy Gets Grill" and “Grilling For Life”. Not nominating them at this time, but would be onboard if others have one of these.

COOK REAL HAWAII by Sheldon Simeon
Three days remaining in which to nominate! We don’t seem to have many takers this month…
I usually just tag onto nominations, but haven’t seen a lot that I can get from the library in time. I used to just buy them, but don’t want to acquire books that I may not want to cook from again.
That said, I am next on the list for COOK REAL HAWAII, so I’ll go with that.
I’d love to do Ethiopia, but it’s not going to happen for me this summer…
Adding:
COOK EAT REPEAT : Ingredients, Recipes, and Stories / Nigella Lawson
COOKING FROM YOUR PANTRY : Delicious Meals in 30 Minutes or Less, with Ingredients from Jars, Cans, Bags, and Boxes / Nancy Silverton
HEIRLOOM KITCHEN: Heritage Recipes and Family Stories from the Tables of Immigrant Women
THE IMMIGRANT COOKBOOK: Recipes that Make America Great
NEAR & FAR: Recipes Inspired by Home and Travel
Ooh, love NEAR & FAR!
I know this is a late nomination and is unlikely to go anywhere, but I want to put it out there, if for no other reason that a reminder to myself to nominate it next month.
THE BROAD FORK by Hugh Acheson. It is a produce-centered book, but is not vegetarian.
THE BROAD FORK
absolutely–persimmon pop tarts! The fig and mushroom recipes look great, too.
Just five hours remaining in which to nominate!
Here at the eleventh hour:
