I'm looking for a tool that will crinkle cut vegetables

Most of the cut resistant gloves people are talking about are about $10-20 and they reduce cut damages a little. Basically, they are able to stop what would have been a minor cut. They do offer a lot of dexterity like a normal gloves or even better.

If you are more serious about protection, then you need chainmail gloves (not real medieval chainmail). You will get more protection, but less dexterity.

Well i used to knick myself often enough, once badly enough i thought i may need stitches- and cuts on my hand are the worst since they are rather painful washing hands and such constantly. The glove helps me avoid those and now i use the mandolin more often without worry. YMMV
