So in ‘73, I turned 13 and had been in Houston about six years. I recognize a bunch of those and been to several.
A scant few are still extant.

I can count 15 I went to; probably more than that I remember that aren’t on the list.
There was a Little Caesar’s back then???, and Timmy Chan??? What were the Red Baron’s - there were several listed. German? Pizza?
Didn’t see Felix or Molina’s but might have missed them. I can’t remember all the Mexican places I went to.
