I’m a nosy bugger, Dean. So I Googled. Are you the bloke who chefs at a gaff in Doncaster? Nice looking menu. Are you doing takeaway during lockdown - unfortunately a bit too much a trip for me from Cheshire to pick one up.

My first apple sharlotka (made at home, 4 Northern Spy apples, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour , 3 eggs, cardamom and cinnamon )
