For anyone who avoids veal because of inhumane practices this veal may be of
interest to you. I have had it, made a stuffed breast, and it is wonderful.
My guess is that for people are already eating veal, this won’t matter. For people who thinks the entire dairy industry (including veal) is inhumane, this doesn’t go nearly far enough.
