Bagel Palace just opened in the King Kullen shopping center in Wading River.
They make the best hand rolled, water boiled bagels on Long Island.Reminder.
Just the right crunch to the crust with a fluffy, chewy center.
Plenty of coating on the outside. Garlic is my favorite.
